What does a general home inspection cover?
Typically a visual assessment of accessible structural components, roof, exterior, plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling, interiors, insulation and ventilation, as defined by the applicable Florida Standards of Practice and inspection agreement.
Is a home inspection the same as a warranty?
No. A home inspection describes visible conditions at the time of inspection; it is not a guarantee that systems will remain problem-free or that concealed defects do not exist.
Do you inspect historic homes?
Our planned service area includes older St. Augustine properties. The exact scope and any specialist evaluations will be discussed once operations begin.
Are you accepting bookings?
Not yet. Florida licensing is in progress. We will update this website when licensed and ready to accept inspections.
